Baltimore Light City Festival

April 14th-21st, 5pm – 11pm; Baltimore Inner Harbor; Baltimore MD

Light City is a free festival that transforms Baltimore with large-scale light installations, performances, music and innovation. Central to Light City is the BGE Light Art Walk along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor,  featuring more than 50 attractions including illuminated sculptures, projections, interactive technologies, performances, concerts, food vendors and a children’s area. DC Emancipation Day

Saturday, April 14th, Parade starts at 2pm and concert start at 4:30, Freedom Plaza; 14th and Pennsylvania Ave NW

Come celebrate DC Emancipation Day with a parade starting at 2pm from 4th NW and Pennsylvania Ave to Freedom Plaza and then enjoy the free concert starting at 3 with big name artists Brandy, Angie Stone, and Big Daddy Kane to name a few. There will also be fireworks at 8:30.

Southwest Waterfront Fireworks Festival

Cherry Blossom Parade

Come enjoy wonderful entertainment for the whole family including decorated floats, gigantic colorful helium balloons, marching bands, clowns, horses, antique cars, military and celebrity performances, the National Cherry Blossom Festival® All-Star Youth Tap Dance Team and Choir, and various cultural performing groups.

2018 Anacostia River Festival

The National Park Service and the 11th Street Bridge Park present the second annual Anacostia River Festival, a premier event and official closing program of the 2017 National Cherry Blossom Festival. This event will feature family-friendly activities including free kayaking and canoeing, musical performances, fishing and water filtration workshops, live birds of prey demonstration, a photography exhibition, a bike parade and more.
